The realisation of Gutmann's new brewery tour, which began in 2010, has been extended to cover the entire production process. Visitors can follow the entire brewing process in detail at four interactive stations and have the individual steps explained to them using virtual real-time simulations.‍

The application is controlled via a multi-touch screen, which enables the presenter to visualise the various process steps. The depth and speed of information can be adapted to the audience at any time, allowing for individualised and flexible guidance.‍

The simulation of the brewing processes is particularly helpful, as many of the processes in the vats and pipelines are not normally visible. The virtual representation gives visitors the opportunity to better understand these processes and thus gain a vivid insight into the complex processes of the brewery.
