In September 2018, we presented "Kyana", the first AI-based, voice-controlled printer control prototype, at Fachpack in Nuremberg.‍

An interactive dashboard has now been developed for Koenig & Bauer Coding - a direct development of the first study, which has been converted into a practical product application. ‍The dashboard enables detailed monitoring of remotely accessible printers and performance analyses in real time. It provides all relevant data such as availability, fill levels and error reports online - even for several printers at the same time.‍

The core of the system, however, lies in the AI-supported analysis: With the help of predictive maintenance, the maintenance requirement is calculated individually for each device and potential failures are detected at an early stage.
